Sending an assessment
To verify someone's skill, send them an assessment for the relevant skill. They receive a link, complete identity verification, and take the proctored test. When they finish, you see the result and, if they pass, the badge that was awarded.
Badges & rates
Passing an assessment awards a tiered badge for that skill. Badges appear on your public profile and on marketplace proposals, building trust with clients. As your verified skill profile grows, your suggested hourly rate is tuned upward to reflect proven expertise. Because badges are time-bound, re-testing keeps them current.
