The People module is your directory of everyone connected to your business — team members, contacts, and candidates — plus the tools to invite, organize, and manage them.
Contacts
Contacts are the people and companies you do business with. A single contact record connects to their leads, deals, projects, and invoices, so you always have the full history in one place. An online indicator shows when a contact who has a GigRoot login is currently active.
Candidates & hiring
When you are hiring, track candidates through your pipeline. You can send them skill assessments to verify their abilities before you commit, turning gut-feel hiring into evidence-based hiring.
Org hierarchy & invitations
Invite team members by email; each gets their own login and a role. Build your org hierarchy by assigning managers and staff so data access and approvals flow correctly. Managers see and approve the work of the people reporting to them.
