Dashboard & Reports

Dashboards and charts you arrange yourself, a library of ready-made reports, and a builder that crosses modules.

Dashboards

A dashboard is a canvas of widgets you arrange yourself — the numbers and signals that matter to your business, not a fixed page someone else designed.

Every space can hold as many as you need: add one from + Add page or dashboard in the sidebar, then drop in widgets for revenue, pipeline, deliverables, hiring or anything else the data supports. Modules ship with one to start from — CRM, People and Finance each open on a dashboard your workspace can then rearrange, and Mission Control's Today is one too.

When you log in you land on Mission Control, which answers a different question: not "how is the business doing" but "what is waiting on me today".

Charts on dashboards

Add widget on any dashboard offers a Chart type: choose which chart and it draws itself from live data. Finance charts include cash in vs out, how late money owed is, expected collections, top clients and where money goes; CRM charts include the sales funnel, leads won and lost, which sources win, outreach platforms and the team leaderboard. Reset brings a dashboard back to its starting layout.

The social feed has moved to Pulse, and the team's work wins to Mission Control → Team activity.

Reports

Reports opens on the Report library: 22 ready-made reports across CRM, finance, delivery, people, support and recruitment. Open one to run it, or Save a copy to change it. Below the library are the deep, hand-built reports — Outreach, Projects, Tasks, Deliverables, Attendance & Time, Time by Project, Calls & Meetings, Leaves, Efficiency, Points & Performance, Work coverage, Receivables, Expenses, Payroll and Time entries.

When nothing answers your question, build one in the Report builder:

  1. 1
    Pick what it is about
Choose the records to report on — leads, deals, invoices, deliverables and so on.
  2. 2
    Bring in related data
Reports can cross modules along real links — the owner, the person assigned, the project, the client, the invoice or the job post — so a deliverables report can show the project and client names beside each row.
  3. 3
    Summarise and filter
Group and total the rows, and add conditions under Only include.
  4. 4
    Draw it
Show it as columns, bars, a line, an area, a pie, a table or one number, stacking series where it helps.

Saving keeps the question, not the answer, so a saved report is always current. Saved reports are shared with your workspace and can be kept as a template the team starts from. Export any report as CSV. Every report only counts the records the person running it is allowed to see.

Note
Reports are not emailed on a schedule yet — run them when you need them.
