Quick Start

Create your account, verify your email, complete onboarding, and choose the right account type.

Create your account

Getting started takes a few minutes.

  1. 1
    Sign up
Go to gigroot.co and choose Get Started Free. Enter your name, work email, and a password.
  2. 2
    Verify your email
We send a verification link to your inbox. Click it to confirm your address — new sign-ups must verify their email before entering the workspace.
  3. 3
    Complete onboarding
Tell us about yourself or your business. Your answers pre-fill your company profile, which also powers AI features later on.
Didn't get the email?
Check spam, then use the resend option on the verification screen. Verification is required only once per account.

Choose your account type

During onboarding you pick the account type that matches how you work:

  • Agency — you run a team or business, hire staff, and bill clients. You become the agency owner with full control over every module.
  • Professional / Developer — you work independently, take on projects, track your time, and get paid. You can still be invited into agencies as a collaborator.
  • Client — you engage talent, review deliverables, and pay for work through a clean, focused view.
Pick carefully
Your account type shapes the modules and permissions you see. If you are setting up for a company, choose Agency so you can invite your team afterwards.

Your first steps

Once you are in, a few quick wins help you get value fast:

  • Fill in Settings → Company profile — it powers branding and AI context across the app.
  • Invite your team from People so they have their own logins and roles.
  • Create your first lead in CRM or your first project in Projects.
  • Set up a shared inbox in Settings → Shared inboxes so client email arrives in GigRoot and replies go out from your own address.
  • If you employ staff, pick your work week, holidays and leave policy in Settings → Leave policies & holidays.
