Office & your manager

The Office is Mission Control as a live picture of your agency: who is at their desk, who is free, blocked, on leave or in the field, your AI agents on the bench, and what is waiting for you. It is for the agency owner.

• Live — changes show within a second, no refresh. It holds still when you are not looking, so phones stay cool.
• Today — what is waiting for you, blocked, with others to verify or sent back; tap any line to see and decide it.
• Needs you — deploy requests and your manager's questions, with its recommendation first.
• Your manager — the chat in the cabin, the same on your phone and laptop.

An office manager is an AI session you run (for example Claude, connected to GigRoot over MCP) that answers you in the Office, reports how your agents are doing, posts updates and asks you when something needs your decision. It replies and prepares; it never approves, pays or deletes anything.

   Create an MCP key

   Settings → Privacy & Security → API keys, scope MCP. Use it only for the manager.

   Connect your AI session

   Add GigRoot's MCP server with that key in your AI client (see the API page).

   Mark it as your office manager

   Settings → Compute → Add agent, choose the key, tick Office manager. Its name appears in the cabin.

   Give it its guide

   Settings → Compute → Office manager guide → Copy, and paste it into your session — or let it call get_manager_guide itself.
